Powering East London through partnerships and green innovations

We are committed to creating better, greener places that have a positive impact on communities.  Partnerships are at the heart of our approach and are helping us to identify and roll out the most effective green innovations. 

Our work with E.ON at Silvertown is a prime example. We are installing a pioneering heat-pump-based system to power over 6,000 homes and business properties. The ectogrid™ technology we are using is revolutionary and, by leveraging local energy sources such as air, water, and ground, we can provide heating and cooling while significantly reducing consumption, costs, and environmental impact. E.ON estimates that this system will save approximately 4,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, cutting emissions by 88%.
